Terms and Conditions for 123xxx – Please Read Before Playing

1 Introduction

Welcome to 123xxx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 123xxx ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 123xxx website, creating an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

123xxx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued CNIC, proof of residential address or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 123xxx account. This includes every bet placed, every withdrawal requested and every communication sent through the platform under your login credentials.

• You must keep your 123xxx password confidential and not share it with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 123xxx support immediately via email at support@123xxx.bet.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your 123xxx account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information — mobile number and email address — remains current in your account settings. 123xxx cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

However, the security of your own credentials remains your personal responsibility. 123xxx will not reimburse losses that result from you sharing your login details or failing to follow basic account security practices.

4 Deposits & Payments

123xxx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit on 123xxx is Rs 200.
• All deposit amounts must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 123xxx does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — 123xxx is not responsible for these.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 123xxx account instantly or within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact 123xxx support with your transaction reference. Do not repeat the transaction before checking with support.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time through the withdrawal section of their 123xxx account. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Every bonus on 123xxx carries a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion type. Always check the promotion page on 123xxx for exact instructions.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a second account will result in both accounts being closed.
• 123xxx reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or exploitation of the offer is detected.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that were obtained through abusive or fraudulent behaviour will be forfeited.
• Referral bonuses through the 123xxx Refer a Friend programme are only paid when the referred player registers a new legitimate account, makes a qualifying deposit and meets any activity requirements stated in the programme terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on 123xxx operate under publicly stated rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 123xxx — including but not limited to Live Casino, Teen Patti, Ludo, Aviator, Roulette and PSL Betting — you confirm acceptance of the game rules as displayed.

• RNG-based games on 123xxx use a certified random number generator that produces statistically fair outcomes. The RNG is independently audited and the results are not influenced by the platform or any player.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers whose sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute over a live game outcome, 123xxx will review the session recording and the ruling based on that review will be final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game on 123xxx — including disconnection, display errors or incomplete game rounds — the round is declared void and stakes are returned to the player. 123xxx will not honour payouts that result from malfunctions.
• PSL betting markets on 123xxx are settled based on the official match result declared by the Pakistan Super League governing body. Any subsequent changes to official results — for example due to a no-result, Duckworth-Lewis adjustment or governing body ruling — will be reflected in the settlement of open bets.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123xxx and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, play games or interact with the 123xxx platform in any way.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information or exploiting promotional loopholes to claim bonuses more than once.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 123xxx platform — including but not limited to the 123xxx brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of 123xxx or its licensed partners.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any 123xxx content without express written permission.
• Your 123xxx account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 123xxx regarding the platform may be used by 123xxx without obligation or compensation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 123xxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated earnings.
• Losses resulting from interruption or unavailability of the 123xxx service due to technical maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Account Closure

You may close your 123xxx account at any time by contacting support@123xxx.bet. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be resolved before closure — unmet bonus balances will be forfeited on account closure.

123xxx may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder has been identified as an underage player.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months, in which case 123xxx will contact you before taking action.

In cases of account closure due to Terms breach, 123xxx reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. You will be notified of the reason and the estimated investigation timeline within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of 123xxx are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the 123xxx platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication.

• To raise a dispute, contact 123xxx support at support@123xxx.bet with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
• 123xxx will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• The decision of 123xxx on game outcome disputes — including those based on live game recordings or RNG audit logs — is final and binding.
• For financial disputes, if you are unsatisfied with the 123xxx response, you may escalate through your payment provider's dispute process where applicable.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 123xxx with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications and agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
